Aids to Navigation
Radio Service
Maritime regions are organizational units which carry out the maintenance work on aids to navigation and relevant equipment and devices, as well as devices which make part of radio service and lighthouse keeping service on lighthouses, in determined zone of the territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia.
Minor organizational units which make part of maritime regions are Coast radio stations and Electrical and mechanical workshops.
Maritime region of Pula comprises aids to navigation located inside the area starting from the state border with the Republic of Slovenia and Republic of Italy to the linking point of Cape Ubac - coast light Galijola (excluded) and then in the direction 225˚ to the open sea.
Maritime region of Rijeka comprises aids to navigation which are located inside the area starting from the linking point of Cape Ubac (excluded) - coast light Galijola and then into the direction 225˚ towards the open sea to the linking point of Cape Vrutak on the land - Cape Lun (island of Pag) - island of Grujica (excluded) and then in the direction 225˚ towards the open sea.
Maritime region of Zadar comprises aids to navigation which are located inside the area starting from the linking point of Cape Vrutak on the land - Cape Lun (island of Pag) - islet of Grujica and then 225˚ towards the open sea to the linking point of the port of Draga - islet of Murvenjak - islet of Lavsa (excluded) and then in the direction 225˚ towards the open sea.
Maritime region of Šibenik comprises aids to navigation which are located inside the area starting from the linking point of port Draga (excluded) - islet of Murvenjak (excluded) - islet of Lavsa, and then in the direction 225º towards the open sea to the line of Cape Ploča in the direction 225º towards the open sea.
Maritime region of Split comprises aids to navigation which are located inside the area starting from the linking point of Cape Ploča in the direction 225˚ towards the open sea to the linking point of coast light of Lovišće (excluded) - island of Šćedro (excluded) - cliff of Lukavci and then in the direction 225˚ towards the open sea.
Maritime region of Korčula comprises aids to navigation which are located inside the area starting from the linking point of coast light of Lovišće - island of Šćedro - cliff of Lukavci and then in the direction 225˚ towards the open sea to the linking point of the bay of Prapratno (peninsula of Pelješac, excluded) - Cape Glavat (island of Mljet, excluded) - Goli rat (island of Mljet, excluded) and then towards the direction 225˚.
Maritime region of Dubrovnik comprises aids to navigation which are located inside the area starting with the linking point of the bay of Prapratno (peninsula of Pelješac, excluded) - Cape Glavat (island of Mljet, excluded) - Goli Rat (island of Mljet, excluded) and then in the direction 225˚ up to the state border with the Republic of Montenegro.
