M/V "Plovput Split" is a ship-workshop specialized for hydrological construction works among which we can mention the construction of new aids and the renewal of the existing aids to navigation. She has: fresh water tanks with higher power pump for water transfer up to 130 m height, bow ramp for access of trucks with material, reinforced deck for shipping of construction vehicles, wide deck space for storage of buoys, automatized concrete mixer with storages for fractions of crushed stone and cement, automatized scales for crushed stone, cement and additives dosage, high power pump for transfer of concrete, telescopic ship's crane, compressor station for divers, well equipped workshop, storage for material to be used on planned voyages… Apart from its regular crew, it has also a diving team with all the equipment necessary for underwater works.
